We add a 12x52 Depth Filter w/ 1cft Greensand and 1 cft Centaur Carbon and use a 263 Logix 742 Digital Timer. This will enable you to adjust the length of backwash time. The 12x52 or 64000 grain Softener is staged with garnet gravel for filtration, 1.5 cft of 10% Crosslink Resin, .5 cft of Tannin Resin and 5# of KDF 85. The brine tank is an 18x33 Round. With proper installation and maintenance, this system is proven to provide water to any size residence or small commercial property, good enough to drink!
