THE TAURUS SYSTEM

The Taurus is a dual tank whole-house water treatment system. It removes chlorine as well as softens the water and does it all using a single valve. This system has a bottom tank with a high grade 10% Crosslink Resin at 32000 grains and acid washed gravel for filtration then has a top tank with 1 cubic foot of Centaur activated carbon and KDF 55* for chlorine removal. The backwash or cleansing cycle can be adjusted to maximize the clarity of the water throughout your home. This is a system which gives the homeowner the ability to have good tasting water through every faucet in their home.

. KDF 55 process media is a high-purity copper/zinc formulation used in the treatment of potable and waste water. It serves to inhibit bacterial growth.

The everyday price on the Taurus System is $1800.00 and it is enhanced with a 10 year complete warranty inclusive of the resin bed. All carbons do have a shelf life and need to be changed at about 5 years .
